Tania Gomez Herazo

Tania Gomez Herazo is a Cloud Program Manager with 16 years of professional experience in Europe. Throughout her career, she has held roles like VMM Cloud Program Manager, Project Manager, Service Delivery Manager, GS1 GDSN/IT Marketing Manager, and Network Analyst at AT&T. These roles have given her opportunities to strategize, implement, and maintain program initiatives as well as lead digital transformation and foster technological agility.

Tania is dedicated to achieving digital transformation and advocates for harnessing technology’s potential to elevate business value and foster innovation. She aims to inspire others to reach their full potential within the ICT industry and support diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.

While working at Devoteam as an IT consultant, Tania launched an internal community for women in technology that empowers and supports female colleagues. She has also sponsored initiatives like Coderdojo4Girlz. In addition to her work, Tania has been involved in the community by serving on boards of directors for organizations and participating in mentoring programs.
