Sophie Libouton

Sophie has over 25 years of experience driving success through leadership and innovation. Highlights of her career include developing a custom app that improved efficiency and sales at a previous company and setting up a project management team managing 150 projects with an 18 million euro budget. She also succesfully introduced standardized IT governance processes to improve IT management and initiated the ServiceNow platform at STIB/MIVB which transformed how the IT department operates.

Sophie is active in networking and mentoring programs to contribute to STIB’s ICT strategy. She strives to be a role model for women in ICT and digital transformation.

Her priorities are work-life balance and being present for her family to be effective at work. She is motivated by a desire to learn, drive change and achieve strategic results. She aims to take on more responsibilities by sharing her experiences and networking.

Sophie has strong support within STIB and externally from partners to pursue this leadership opportunity.
