Shanna Cloet

Shanna Cloet is an IT Manager at Fost Plus, a non-profit organization responsible for collecting, sorting and recycling household packaging waste. She leads a team of around 35 internal and external people. She has spoken at partner events about implementing IT solutions at Fost Plus. Shanna has successfully delivered projects like setting up a new BI implementation, rolling out an AI solution for consumers, and moving to SharePoint/Teams.

She studied Applied Informatics and Business Information Management. Shanna started as a BI consultant and grew into a team leading and training role, mentoring young starters in the BI field.

Her ambitions are to streamline Fost Plus’ IT landscape to enable innovation and resilience to external changes. She wants to guide her team members in their careers and facilitate business and IT collaboration to accelerate change adoption. Shanna wants to inspire young women in tech to show them they can achieve anything.

She is an advocate of AI and supporter of the digital revolution. Shanna has been selected as a mentor in the Young Potential Boostcamp initiative that pairs young women with experienced women in the IT sector.
