Lissah Blommaert

Lissah Blommaert is a dedicated Senior Technical Consultant at delaware with over 7 years of experience. She graduated with an Industrial Engineering degree in Informatics from KU Leuven in 2016. Lissah has worked on many customer projects at delaware. Some notable ones include a 5-year project at Unilin with 700 active users worldwide, and a field service management project at TCR where she helped improve SAP’s product.

She is the technical expert on SAP Sales Cloud and SAP Field Service Management tools at delaware. Lissah also trains and mentors her colleagues to help them progress in their careers.

Her ambition is to drive awareness of biases and prejudices, especially advocating for more diversity in leadership roles. She has organized various initiatives at delaware to promote diversity and inclusion.

Lissah enjoys fostering connections among people through organizing team events and gatherings. She also co-organizes delaware’s annual student game. This year, she introduced a new password policy at delaware to improve data security.

In her spare time, Lissah tutors math and informatics and helps friends and family with IT issues. Her dream is to see a balanced and diverse workforce as the norm in IT, where people of all genders collaborate and support each other.
