Jolien Schoukens works as a Technology Consultant at Capgemini. She has over 8 years of experience in the field and has already grown to a Senior Manager role.

Jolien has a passion for education, technology, and business. She truly deserves to be nominated for the Inclusive Tech Champion of the Year award as, for over 15 years, she has volunteered and worked with NGOs to create innovative solutions that make education accessible for all and empower minority groups.

During her studies, she conducted research focused on learning, the human brain, and technology. Her goal is to facilitate positive change and maintain a good work-life balance.

Jolien is seen as a role model at Capgemini. She constantly seeks new ways to motivate and collaborate with people to achieve great results. She has a mission-driven approach and sees potential in different types of collaborations. Jolien was also the proud winner of the ‘Woman of Inspiration’ award in 2021 at the Capgemini Belux Women for the Future Awards.
