Izabella Zschaber Sampaio

Izabella Zschaber Sampaio is a Product Owner at Atlas Copco Airpower and nominated for Rising Tech Star of the Year. Izabella is from Brazil and studied energy engineering there. She has a passion for diversity and inclusion, having volunteered to help students with disabilities and international students through STEM programs. This sparked her interest in promoting diversity in tech.

She was motivated to promote diversity after noticing a lack of female applicants for her team.
