Lien Deboosere (1982), Founder of Evolynx, challenges the archetype of the fast-talking IT consultant. With a PhD in Computer Sciences, she founded Evolynx to offer high-level technical expertise without the ‘blah blah’, prioritizing sustainable growth over rapid, unchecked expansion.

After completing her doctorate, Lien deliberately chose to work as a developer because she wanted to experience firsthand why IT projects are so often viewed with suspicion (too long, too expensive, etc.). From that first line of code to her current role as founder of Evolynx, she has experienced every phase of an IT project: from functional analyst and business analyst to enterprise architect, which gives her a unique insight into the companies she works for today with Evolynx. This is also typical of Lien: after her doctorate, she could have looked for a job in middle management, but she consciously chose to keep both feet on the ground among the people on the work floor.
