Charlotte Boel

Charlotte Boel is a Business Application Consultant at Animalcare Group in Belgium. She obtained a master’s degree in both Literature and Languages as well as Business Communications, and is fluent in four languages. Though she originally studied languages, she became interested in ICT and learned the skills herself to become a CRM administrator.

Charlotte believes communication and ICT go hand in hand, as building relationships and understanding business needs are crucial parts of her job. Her ambitions are to spread awareness of the importance of communication within ICT fields and change stereotypes of those working in tech.

Beyond her work, Charlotte Boel supports initiatives empowering women in technology: MolenGeek – she got to know the initiative on the Salesforce Women Breakfast in June 2022 -, Bossy magazine, and Women In Technology – as a member.
