She works on a myriad of initiatives to ensure people find joy, purpose and growth in their work. Sophie contributed in building their own happiness barometer platform called JOeY (how you doin’?).

Sophie’s ambition is to continue making a positive impact on the lives of others through her work and to inspire others to be courageous and dare to be different. She is also committed to using her privileged position to enhance the lives of others and has been involved in Hack Your Future (HYF), a coding school for refugees.

Sophie’s dedication to creating user-friendly products, her commitment to diversity and inclusion, and her passion for helping others make her a deserving candidate for the Rising Tech Star of the Year award.
