Early in her career, she was exposed to a male-dominated environment, but a change of companies opened her eyes to the possibilities for women in tech. This experience ignited her passion for creating a more inclusive environment in the IT sector.

Accomplishments:

  • Successfully implemented a series of career development initiatives within her practice, Technology Resources (31 people).
  • Organized inspiring sessions with management to share their career journeys, providing younger colleagues a chance to see themselves in leadership roles.
  • Led a ‘Pitch’ initiative where analysts and consultants presented their personal brand and aspirations.
  • Participated in the Young Potential Boostcamp, a mentoring program for women in IT, and organized additional meetups among mentees.
  • As the HESQ (Health, Environment, Safety & Quality) Stream Lead for an SAP S/4HANA transformation journey, she fosters an inclusive environment where every voice is heard and respected.
