Jana Bruynsteen

Jana Bruynsteen is a 31-year-old SAP Consultant at Delaware Consulting, specializing in the Sell, Procure & Deliver Domain. With experience across different industries, including Food & Manufacturing, she is currently working on a large-scale project for a pharma packaging customer, rolling out the S/4 Hana Blueprint globally. Jana’s career journey has been marked by resilience and determination. Despite facing personal challenges, including the loss of her mother at a young age and a period of clinical depression, she persevered and built a successful career in the tech industry.

Jana is passionate about supporting women in tech and creating an inclusive environment where everyone feels safe and empowered to thrive. She believes in the power of community and actively contributes to building one by sharing her story and encouraging others to do the same. Jana’s ambition is to grow this culture and strive for equity, valuing both excellence and kindness.

Her ambition is to become a leader within the tech industry, with full acceptance of who she is and the path that brought her there. She strives for femininity & to display the characteristics that feel true to yourself, to no longer be seen as a weakness but a sign of real strength. Being able to be vulnerable, to fail and to stand back up and still think you’re worthy of excellence are true leadership qualities to her. And Jana feels these are not reflected in our current Industry.
