Mbrella
Audrey Stampaert (33) is the co-founder and CRO of Mbrella, a successful HR-Tech startup that helps companies offer flexible mobility solutions to their employees. She has been instrumental in scaling the company and working with major clients like Ikea, Danone, and Imec. So far, it’s been a hell of a ride, according to herself. Mbrella has over 400 clients in the SME market. And today, Mbrella is on track to reach a recurring annual revenue of 5 million euro. Audrey is also a Venture Partner at StarApps, a Ghent-based startup studio, where she coaches young entrepreneurs.
Audrey has a strong passion for sales and scaling tech companies. As an entrepreneur, it’s essential to keep focus and continually raise the bar for yourself and your team. At StarApps, she’s a sounding board for these young entrepreneurs, helping them set the pace while sharpening priorities in the chaos of building a startup, from zero to one, and beyond.
Audrey is a strong advocate for women in tech and is passionate about building and scaling successful tech ventures that disrupt existing industries. She is also a passionate triathlete and serves as a board member of Cyclo Studio.
Audrey’s ambition is twofold: to challenge the status quo and make the tech industry more inclusive for women, and to build companies that challenge existing industries and create a better world.
Audrey’s commitment to promoting women in tech, her passion for building and scaling successful tech ventures, and her impressive achievements as a co-founder and CRO make her a deserving candidate for the Rising Tech Star of the Year award. Her passion for sports and her involvement in various organizations outside of her professional career further demonstrate her well-rounded personality and dedication to making a positive impact.
